● Local hotels around the conference venue (Imperial College's South Kensington campus) can be booked at discounted rates through Imperial's hotel booking site (link below).

● We urge participants to book as early as possible, since April is the start of the spring/summer tourist season in London. All reservations made through the Imperial site can conveniently be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the arrival date, so it is worth making the reservation in advance even if your travel plans are still uncertain.

● For students and others on a budget, the shared room (double occupancy) rates might be more attractive.

● Note that the discounted rates and 24-hour cancellation policy are only available for bookings made via the Imperial site.
